Prior to registering, please make sure you have read the class description(s) and are familiar with our refund policies articulated below. If your student has special needs, please communicate with the teacher prior to enrolling to ensure the course will be a proper fit. The $25 family registration fee is nonrefundable and holds a place for your student(s) and contributes to the count of students needed to hold the class. As such, refunds will only be made in full, minus a $25 processing fee, up to July 30th for Fall Semester or Full Year Classes, and by December 30th for Spring Semester classes. Following that date, refunds will not be given unless a class is cancelled. Registration for classes once semester has begun will be up to the instructor, please email for information.
Materials
The Class Descriptions page has a list of all books and supplies which must be purchased for each course. Please note any ISBN and publication editions, years or authors. Texts and materials are not included in the REACH fees and are incurred by the parent.
Online Platform
Students enrolled in the Live Online tutorials will attend a 90-minute live class once per week for a 15-week semester (30 weeks for full-year tutorials). We will use Adobe for our live classroom experience. Students who cannot attend in-person are able to watch a recording shortly afterwards.
Students will be assigned an online classroom, where teachers will post homework assignments and students will submit homework. All work is submitted digitally. Once registered, instructors will send an email to allow the student to join their online class; each student must have their own separate login information. Once in your online classroom, you will find a link to your online class meeting room.
Expectations
We expect parents to be primarily responsible for their student's coursework.
In the event that a student misses class, we expect the parent to help their student review the recorded class sessions.
We expect parents to help their students make time to complete required homework.
We expect parents to read every assignment before it is submitted to the instructor.
We expect parents to be proactive in contacting the instructor if there appears to be questions about the assignments or feedback.
