Aaron Deline~ Aaron is blessed to be the husband of Rebekah and father of their seven homeschooled children. He holds a M.S. in Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University. He has practiced for twenty years and since 2004 has been Director of Carter Rehab Center in Adrian. Rebekah Deline ~is blessed with being the wife of Aaron Deline and mom to 7 precious and lively children ages 3 - 17. She is passionate about homeschooling, having the immense privilege of being homeschooled hereself! She believes that Jesus Christ is the author and goal of all true learning and that our children's education should be carried out in that light. She LOVES history and children's literature, enjoys camping with her family up north, and baking, and of course, reading. We should never stop learning! Christine Filipek ~ After growing up in Connecticut, Christine graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a bachelor’s degree in Education and spent 10 years teaching in Christian schools before moving to Michigan with her husband, Keith, who also graduated from PCC and is a music teacher. Christine and Keith knew before having their first child over 19 years ago, that they would homeschool and she has enjoyed the journey. Besides teaching her own children for the past 15 years, Christine taught Apologia sciences to a group of students in her home for 4 years and then began teaching several classes at the Quest tutorial. She and Keith have served in leadership roles over the past 10 years with two homeschool support groups. She feels that God has put her in this place and time to share her passion for excellence in home education with the homeschooling community in Lenawee county.

Evelyn Frandle ~As a former homeschool graduate, Evelyn continued with an education at Hillsdale College graduating magna cum laude honors with a degree in music with her instruments being violin and viola. She started her music studies when she was three years old using the Suzuki method. During high school, Evelyn was part of the Toledo Youth Orchestra, Sienna Heights Youth Orchestra, Harvest Orchestra, and Adrian Public School Orchestra. In 2011, she was the second chair for the Lenawee County Fine Arts Festival Orchestra. She has been a certified Suzuki teacher since 2014.
Eva Salisbury ~ After receiving her Associates Degree in Nursing from Montcalm Community College, Eva Salisbury has spent the last 30 years working as a Registered Nurse. She began working part time and is currently entering her 19th year as a Certified Diabetes Educator, the last 11 years at ProMedica Bixby and Herrick Hospitals. A mother of four, Eva is currently homeschooling two teenagers – Jonathan and Christopher. Bethany is a 2014 graduate of the Salisbury homeschool. Jeff and Eva, married 32 years, have served in leadership in a homeschool support group and are active members of their church. Some of their fondest family memories are from annual week long statewide church camps with their children and church family.
Faith, family and fun are three words that describe Eva’s outlook on life. Her sincere faith in God and His amazing grace, which is free to all, helps her to be positive and look for the good in all situations. “I realize God is truly in control, which causes me to carry a deep sense of family and keep a clear perspective on the important things of life – relationships,” she explains. Eva is passionate about helping the next generation love and serve God and learn about the world He created. Mary Tomell ~ Mary received her bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Siena Heights University in 1978 and has painted for fun and profit ever since. Mary has taught community education art classes as well as serving as the art teacher for the former St. John’s Lutheran Day School. She has taught art to small groups of homeschool students for the past five years. Mary is part of the Lenawee Council for the Visual Arts and has displayed her work through their many art shows. She also plays the piano/keyboard professionally for local churches. She and Phil have one son, whom they homeschooled in high school. If you walk into the Adrian Senior Center dining room, you will see Mary’s work; a giant mural depicting the history of Adrian from 1826 to 1910, which Mary painted 25 years ago.
